Andrew -

Thank you to you and the working group for considering this question.
It's clear it was thoroughly considered and well documented. I'm glad
to see such great progress being made on providing these needed
updates and clarifications. Assigning the advisory techniques to the
Predictable guideline instead being misaligned to a success criteria
allows it to inform the concept without muddying the waters and
resulting is misunderstanding of the success criteria.
