Subject: You Tube video

EEOC created a You Tube video that has closed captions and no sound. This is great for the Deaf but not so great for our friends who are blind. The screen reader did not pick up on anything.

Is there a way to somehow get the captions to be picked up by screen readers? I'm attaching the link for you to see. I know this will not work for some of you... if you can, ask someone to describe the video?

We need to make it accessible obviously.
