Inaccessible mega menu and WCAG2

Hi all,

I'm working on a site that has a mega-menu that drops down on hover.
It's also reasonably usable with a screenreader, in that after tabbing
to an item on the top menu, I can tab through and activate its submenu
items.

But while tabbing through the submenus, these aren't visible on the
screen, so keyboard users are likely to think the page or perhaps even
the Tab key isn't working.

I can obviously fail this under 2.4.7 - Focus Visible.

And I think also 2.4.1 - Bypass Blocks.

But that doesn't seem to cover the issue properly. Where else can I fail it?
