Hi all. I've been playing email catch-up after a somewhat lengthy absence, long story. But anyway, I have not experienced the "collapsed" bug either. I'm running OS X Yosemite on a mid-2013 MacBook Air, and VoiceOver is working great. I have encountered some minor bugs but not that one.

That's a bug in iOS 8 (since the first betas) VoiceOver Mobile Safari. aria-expanded is backwards, consistently backwards at least ;)

It works fine in Chrome, VO, OS X when I just tested.

It's just an Apple iOS only bug as far as I've found. Hope they fix it by iOS 9! :)
