I went through the same thing recently and we decided to roll our own.
I would recommend taking a look at this:

That article is not about accessibility at all, but you could use the
topic to create your own social share links that are compatible with the
respective APIs and then make them accessible yourself. That takes more
effort and skill that an out of the box solution, so it may or may not be
helpful.
