Where we have seen a significant increase in file size is when embedding fonts on forms. We have seen approximately a 10X increase in file size when fonts are embedded on forms and the forms continue to grow as they are completed. I know that there was some discussion over whether fonts need to be imbedded for the file to be fully accessible but our users have not experienced problems with forms that do not have the fonts imbedded. They have experienced problems emailing forms with the fonts embedded because of file size restrictions on the email system.
