known VO bug re radio buttons?

Hi,

Sorry if this has come up here already, is it a known bug (or
something folks have experienced) in where VO on the Mac and on the
iPhone incorrectly reports the number of radio buttons in a group? If
so, any solutions that have worked for folks?
