Object element and including files

Hi all,

I have been experimenting with placing a small html file (for layout )
inside a <object> element. When using JAWS, the text is visible when using
the JAWS/mouse cursor, but is otherwise not accessible to the standard
reading commands.

Any ideas on what is happening here would be greatly appreciated.
