Thank you Bill. I was not aware of that. This is the sort of thing that
the average user would not likely discover.
Regarding another item in this discussion (submitted by Julian Rickards)
of what CSS overrides what, please see Bill Mason's page
http://www.accessibleinter.net/portfolio/writing/important_css2_test/
which gives a breakdown of how the ! important rule is actually handled
by various browsers. Some browsers implement the CSS1 rules (giving the
page author/designer control), some the CSS2 rules (giving the user
control).
