Well, perhaps for the small number of users who need bigger text, but
are not already using magnification or increased text sizing. I think
this population is extremely small. But this text sizing control would
introduce overhead and potential confusion for all other users. These
types of in-page controls generally introduce more difficulty than
benefit.
