I'd also note that many browsers don't have, have removed, or hidden,
pure text resizing in favor of pull-page zoom. There is at least some
blame/responsibility here on user agents / UAAG, and it's not something
that web content authors necessarily need to fix themselves (vis-a-vis
adding in-page custom text resize widgets and such)
