Hi:
Yes, just a simple exemption. However, one of the problems with the LIO
system is that you can search for publications using the system, not just
maps or other "visual" data. Therefore, LIO may be considered a barrier to
publications that may otherwise be accessible.

So the exemption mentioned in the ODA is just that, an exemption. No
further effort of any kind need be made? We're identifing and indicating
