parkinsons may also present voice recognition problems since speech can
be involved.
Here is something that makes the keyboard bigger:

Then Windows XP also has some accessibility features built in such as
sticky keys
There are also word prediction programs that may also help
Parkinsons causes tremors of the hands which will interfere with how
they type or use the mouse. Their control decreases over time and
eventually speech may be impaired. Thus you need something larger and
easier to manage such as larger keyboard or keys that are slower to
respond than the normal typing speed.
