providing captions for music videos (from YouTube)

Hello,

we use a few YouTube music in a couple of our courses, and I'm trying to
figure out whether to caption them or not. If I recall correctly, we'd
need the rights to provide captions, but not providing them leaves out some
of our students.

I searched the internet, and most pertinent results said to describe the
musical piece (artist, track, album, etc.) That still feels like less than
equal. What is everyone else doing for this?
