I cannot remember if anyone else mentioned this potential consideration--metrics.

If an organization is expending resources on anything, they are likely to want to measure what they are getting for that expenditure. You will likely want to be aware of what metrics you need to collect and get some idea of how each tool you are considering might assist with the process of gathering those metrics.
