JAWS does not autoswitch between pre-installed languages

Hi members,



I hope this eMail finds you all in great spirit.

As we all know that JAWS has the capability of switching to various
languages automatically, it's not happening with my JAWS17. Actually, I have
to test a webpage with informations in English and Spanish languages; but
JAWS17 reads all text in English US voice. Cany anyone tell me what stops it
from switching between these two languages?
