Effective tinyURL link text

I was leading a "Basic Web Accessibility" workshop today and while discussing meaningful link text, I received the following question about tinyurl from a colleague that I don't know how to answer.

My user wants to do something like this: "Use our UNR site, Creating Accessible Word Documents<https://www.unr.edu/accessibility/content/creating-accessible-word-documents>, to help you learn the basics." But she also wants to list the tinyurl [https://tinyurl.com/kcd8o6s] so someone who is reading the printed page can read and type in the tinyurl. I want to avoid redundant links. I also want to ensure that hitting the enter key when authoring the document doesn't convert the tinyURL to an active link.

How do you suggest doing that? I've considered these options and like the first one better.

2. Use our UNR site, Creating Accessible Word Documents [TinyURL: https://tinyurl.com/kcd8o6s]<https://www.unr.edu/accessibility/content/creating-accessible-word-documents>, to help you learn the basics.
I couldn't find anything definitive about accessibility and tinyURLs while searching the web. Does anyone have any other suggestions?
