My take, in short: instead of a high-level "detecting if a user has a
'screen reader'" or AT in general, we should explore getting very
specific and granular information (similar to how nowadays we don't
really want a 'the user is on a mobile device', but rather having
indications of viewport size, connection speed, use of a touchscreen,
and so on).
