Users of Acrobat Pro DC on the "continuous release" cycle (i.e. you pay
a monthly subscription) may be interested to know that the February 2018
release (which just came out yesterday?) includes a new "Bulk edit tags
in the tag tree " feature. I just tried it out while manually converting
a series of P tags into an unordered list, and it seemed to work as
described.
This should be especially helpful to those who are editing PDFs without
additional software beyond Acrobat.
I also see Adobe has added "Reference" and "Note" buttons to the "Touch
Up Reading Order" tool, which they've now renamed simply "Reading Order"
tool.
Here is Adobe's list of what's new:

I haven't been tracking incremental updates to Acrobat Pro DC, but it
looks like they've been rolling out updates every three or four months:

While I'm not a fan of the subscription licensing model, I must admit
that these ongoing updates are more good arguments for moving to Acrobat
Pro DC, if you haven't already.
Phil.
