Accessible message board software

Hello,

Can anyone recommend accessible message board software that is PHP/MySQL
based and either open-source or relatively inexpensive? I've checked
the archives, and although this question has come up before I didn't
really find a definitive answer. Just hoping for a suggestion of
something that has actually been tested and found to be accessible.
