I have seen the font sizes as 18pts, 14pts for h2 and h3 headings
respectively marking up them up using h2, h3 HTML tags. It seems the size
of headings are customized in the given website and one expects smaller
size for h3's as they are subtopics under "The principles". For sure
there's a conflict and it impacts sighted users but not screen reader users
hopefully. Though it's not troubling screen reader users as there is a
conflict between visual presentation and sr announcement I feel it should
violate SC1.3.1.
But as per the discussion if "The principles" is h3 and "Provide
comparisions" etc, are h2's, for sure it might have passed SC1.3.1 sadly if
I am not wrong.
