CommonLook was correct to flag that.

The radio button group's field name and tooltip must be the same for all
buttons in the group. Only the Option for each item is unique.

From Adobe's accessibility guides at
https://www.adobe.com/accessibility/products/acrobat/creating-accessible-for
ms.html :

Tooltips for Radio Buttons
To create a radio button group, where only one field can be selected at a
time, assign each field the same name and the same tooltip, but provide
different Button Choices (values).

Subject: [WebAIM] PDF Commonlook Error?

Whenever I use Radio Buttons in a PDF form and run the CommonLook WCAG 2.0
Validator, I get the failure:

"2 Radio Buttons share the same variable name, and hence would have the same
tooltip (TU key)"

Am I doing it wrong? I thought radio button groups were supposed to share
the same tooltip, and the screen reader reads the tooltip plus the 'choice'
for each button?

Regards,

Joseph
