Last time I looked at it (admittedly a few years back), I found it very
"opinionated". Flagging things as failures that were really just best
practices/suggestions, in my view (like, from memory, flagging absence
of a heading before a navigation section, to indicate it's a navigation
section, as a failure)

It may have improved in the last few years though...
