Looking for accessible crop feature

Hi all, Greetings!

Can someone point me to accessible crop feature if available in IOS &
Android. I have seen many scenarios where crop handlers are labeled and
even VO, Talk back announcing instruction on all handlers saying how to
crop the image like double tap and use two fingers to crop but the problem
is VO or Talkback doesn't announce anything while cropping the image by
moving the handlers.
Are there any instances where these mobile screen readers provide some
context when cropping the image or it's an exception case for visually
challenged users?
