Hi Manoj Prithiani,
I think you're talking about Adobe Acrobat's Read Out Loud utility, correct?
If so, yes, it does have the shortcomings you described. It is not a screen reader and does not give users all the functions they need.
If you'd like to tell Adobe to fix the Read Out Loud utility, the best way to do that is post a request to https://acrobat.uservoice.com/, which is the public forum where Adobe listens to its customers. (Supposedly.)
We're just users like you in this forum and can't fix any software.
