Query on the accessibility of tab pattern that have previous and left arrow icon buttons around

hi all,
Is there any accessible tab pattern example with left and right arrow icons
around. Here is the explanation of the pattern I am talking about. we have
3 to 4 tabs on the screen with left and right arrow icons around. when the
user presses right arrow icon then additional tab items will show. would
like to know
1.how to make such pattern accessible
2.can I get any such accessible working example
