RDP Access

Hi List,
In my office from server to client Ubuntu operating system is being used.
My questions are,
Does Orca support RDP?
Is it necessary to turn on Orca on server to access RDP?
How does Orca response from the server?
If Orca is turned on server, does it disturb sighted users who also
access  through client machine?
Please answer these.
