The US Federal government seems to be focused primarily on using the following three - both in alphabetical order and order of preference (your milage may vary):
* Microsoft Teams
* WebEx
* Zoom
Much of our attention has been paid to the inclusion of human generated/professional captioning/CART - all three of which now support - so that we're not foisting or forcing auto-generated captioning on Deaf and hard-of-hearing persons, not that auto-generated captioning isn't still being used by far too many agencies.
Some federal agencies have looked at ScreenReader compatibility but none have addressed speech recognition/Dragon compatibility, to my knowledge.

Zoom!
They now have on-board captioning, lots of keyboard commands and now JAWS supports hearing the screen reader in one ear and the zoom content in the other.
I've used Teams but find it not as intuitive as Zoom and I have so many Teams accounts/conversations/meetings with different logins that it gets confusing and sometimes I can't access one Teams account/session or can't find the one I want. Zoom keeps it simple!
WebEx and GoToMeeting haven't caught up with Zoom...or Teams and I wouldn't recommend them.
Cheers, Karen

I know this has been asked before, and I've looked through the list archives, but the most recent thread I found was in 2016, and things have changed so much since then.
We're reviewing our own platform and software for online live video conferences. Any thoughts about accessibility in any of the major brand-named options, such as:
* Zoom
* Zoom Professional
* WebEx
* Go To Meeting (Log me In)
* ZoHo Meeting
* BlueJeans
* Other?
Thanks,
