I'm just starting to follow this thread now and I have a question that may or may not be pertinent:
1. if the background image does load, and said background image has a section of it that matches (or has insufficient contrast to) the color definition of the text in front of it, how does the low vision and/or color blind person discern the text that overlaps that section of the background image?
