Graphic pick-up and accessibility

In my text only version of a hobby site. If an applicant is
successful they are instructed to pickup a graphic to place on their
site.

With my text only version I'm unsure of the best way to present this.
What I've done so far is provide a link to the graphic. I'm wondering
if I should provide full linking instructions so the user can just
copy and paste the code.

What would be the best way to accomodate users with accessibility issues?
