I'm a Trusted Tester. I've found that reaching out to people at that OAST group you can get a response fairly quickly. They don't however seem to be doing a quick job of updating content.
I'd asked about getting access to the modules to review them (rather than having to re-enroll and do all of them again at their specified pace) and was told that was something they planned to offer (someday). Since the training is free as is the ANDI testing tool/bookmarklet I can see only a benefit of granting access to those various modules to increase knowledge among the public. Taking the practice test or doing the final certification exam could still be restricted to a limited group. Meanwhile those looking into the ANDI testing tool could learn how it works via:

I only made use of the Trusted Tester Process PDF which has gotten a bit stale and a PDF accessibility expert pointed out was not fully accessible. That was created in 2019. I found it best to print that 90+ page PDF out and used it during the certification exam to be able to pass.
