Hi Matt,
Which software program are you using? And what's it version/build number?
Which assistive technology?
Which operating system?

Subject: [WebAIM] PDF and alt tags
Hello all,
I have an interesting situation, I have a PDF, and a second copy that was recently updated. In the initial file, pressing G would navigate through the graphics reading out the alt text. However, in the new version, pressing G just gives me a graphic number. The creator assures me that the Alt tags have not changed, however, clearly the behavior between the two files is different. We thought it could be a security setting but even completely unlocked the new file doesn't respond like the initial one did.
Any thoughts?
Best:
Matt
