Progress bar color contrast

Hi All,

I need a confirmation on color contrast check for progress bar. We need to m=
ake sure that progress bar showing the status need to pas the color contrast=
ratio with the empty progress bar color.=20
And also the whole progress bar should have an outline to pass for color con=
trast against the background where have progress bar. Is that correct?

Make sure dark blue passes for color contrast with white.
And also the white color of progress bar should pass for color contrast agai=
nst light blue background as well!? Right?=20
