Microsoft Power BI can automatically generate a text alternative for graphs and charts. It can connect to all sorts of data sources, including spreadsheets. You can add charts just like you do in Excel, then right-click any chart, select Summarize, and it will use AI to generate a text description of the most important aspects of the data.
It's very early days, so it's not very good, but it's a start and shows what might be possible in future. We don't know all the factors it can report, but we have seen it report minima, maxima, trends, correlations and percentage changes. It reports different factors for different charts, depending on the data.
