decorative image in Outlook signature

Hello,

It is possible to add a text alternative to Outlook signatures.

But how does one mark an image in an Outlook signature as decorative?

If we leave the text alternative field blank, some screenreaders read the image file name. In HTML terms one would say that the image has no alt attribute. There has to be an empty alt attribute to explicitly mark the image as decorative.

But how does one do this in the Outlook signatures editor?
