hey all,
I am about to start work on a site for an animator and I'd welcome some
thoughts about 2.2.2
She just loves animated gifs, and they wouldn't be just decorative but
examples of her work - so essential for a portfolio site? I spoke to her
about 5 seconds and stop, she's thinking she needs 10 seconds.
If you can scroll it off the screen does that count as "hide"? Is 10
seconds of animation acceptable under the circumstances?

Sudden movements sound like a terrible idea. Is there a way to
incorporate these that's not going to be too jarring? Maybe if they can
be scrolled off screen?
thanks all for your insights!
