However, note that if the "mobile" flow is simply triggered as a
responsive adaptation to the smaller viewport, it will also be triggered
on "desktop" when zoomed. Which then has implications for 1.4.4 Resize
Text and 1.4.10 Reflow (there should not be loss of content or
functionality). i.e. if the "mobile"(small screen) view simply omits
lots of content/functionality, then you'll likely have a failure on your
hands here...
