Without knowing more specifics- there are a few different keyboard
shortcuts for Teams. You can use control-f6 to navigate via different
areas. When looking at a series of posts, try hitting the enter key to "go
into" the post to read the contents.

For additional info, Microsoft has instructions on using a screen reader
with teams
