List Admin - DMARC Challenges - Any suggestions for best config so my mail to list gets received?

Hey WebAIM List Administrator(s) - is that just Jared, or?

I've been configuring DMARC policies on my email server for mail from
d4k.ca, but I'm getting quite a few failure reports back for messages I
send to the WebAIM list.

I understand that mailing lists continue to be problematic cases in
terms of DMARC configuration and policy. I tried adding the WebAIM list
server IP address to my SPF record, but some mail servers don't seem to
accept this and show SPF fail and well as DKIM fail.

One of the reporting MTA's that fails is Enterprise Outlook at
microsoft.com. It looks like Microsoft sees both DKIM and SPF as failing
and is then quarantining (sending to junk mail folder), even though the
"auth_results" show that the SPF passes for list.webaim.org domain with
an "mfrom" scope.

Do you - or anyone - have suggestions on the best way to configure DMARC
on my end so that my mail sent to the WebAIM list is delivered correctly
after passing a DMARC check?

For non-list admins who are curious, most of the acronyms in this email
relate to methods of reducing spoofing of email headers and senders.
DMARC = Domain-based Message Authentication, Reporting, and Conformance
DKIM = DomainKeys Identified Mail
SPF = Sender Policy Framework
MTA = Message Transfer Agent

Thanks,

Phil.
