WebLibs - (fill in the blank stories for the Web)

Hello,
My fifth and sixth grade students have created WebLibs (the Web version of
Mad Libs), and I'm trying to figure out how to publish this activity so the
'stories' can be accessible for all students.
I've read this information from the 508 checklist:

"(l) When pages utilize scripting languages to display
content, or to create interface elements, the information
provided by the script shall be identified with functional
text that can be read by assistive technology."
..I think this means it's ok to use javascript if I create a text
alternative that can be read by a screen reader. However, I'm trying to find
a way to offer an online interactive experience for all students.
I searched for cgi scripts (which I know nothing about!), and I found this
site:

All this leads me to these questions:
Will this 'free' cgi script allow us to publish stories that are accessible
and interactive for all students? If so, could this script be used on a UNIX
server?
I think I can tweak the html:

(and I hope the administrator knows what to do with the script).
