For organizations relying on
external Web designs/developers, the Request For Proposals (RFP) and selection
process is important.  However, if
you are unfamiliar with Web development terminology or with what it takes to
make a site accessible, then choosing the best candidate may be a daunting
task.  Below is a checklist
to assist through the RFP and selection process.<SPAN
