Section 508 compliant forms developed with Notes?

Group,

Does anyone know how to make a form with radio buttons accessible within the
Notes package? We are developing a form with the following product:

Lotus-Domino (Release 5.0.4 - June 8, 2000 on Windows NT/Intel)

I know how to use labels to make a html form fully accessible. But, within
the Notes form screen I am not successful. If I put a value in the id
attribute selection and my html code in the other my screen reader does not
recognize the object as a input field in the form.

any suggestions?
