I guess I have to play devil's advocate and ask 'if you need to make
tutorials to use the site, perhaps it's time to rethink the site?' The
fact that there is a 'preferred browsers'/javascript/screen resolution
page seems to indicate that more thought needs to be put into
accessibility (and maybe usability) in general.
In general, though, to answer your question, just make sure there is an
HTML alternative to the demo. Often screen shots and text is all you
need.
