I think even a link to a page with definitions in <dl> would work. We don't
need an RDF format, necessarily, although it would be good for automatic
definition ability.
This can be done NOW:
<link rel="glossary" href="termsdefined.html" title="Terms Defined">
I think it's supported in, what, Lynx?
