I don't know much about this but from what I understand JAWS has to be
installed on the server computer as well so that the remote access will
work. I have never been in a position to try this though. My exposure to
Citrix has been where it has been used in webinars that I have had to access
and I have found that other than to listen to the event I'm not able to
actively participate.
