All,

I am exploring putting a link on a webpage to an Excel Spreadsheet. However, the spreadsheet has the information as Row Headers . Can anyone assist me with locating directions on how I can convert the information of the spreadsheet so the information is presented as Column Headers as many are accustomed? I am thinking this can be done from something I used to do many years ago. Can this be done?

Thank You,

If I understood correctly, here are the steps to flip or transpose row
headers to column headers:

1. Select the block of cells to transpose with your mouse. Right-click the
mouse and click on "Copy."
2. Locate an empty portion of your spreadsheet to hold the data and
headings from the cells you copied. Click the mouse in the cell where you
want to place the copied cells.
3. Right-click your mouse. Click on the "Paste Special" menu option.
4. Click to place a check mark in the "Transpose" box of the "Paste
Special" dialog. Click the "OK" button.
5. Delete the original cells if necessary.

Thanks. I will try this. However, I am a JAWS user and believe I know what to do using the keyboard commands to do this. I appreciate your help.

Just in case: Control C to copy and Shift F 10 (right click) to get to the
'paste special' function.
