Hi list,

While testing the accessibility of a website at my workplace, I encountered
a very strange issue which now confuses me as to which failed WCAG guideline
should I report to the client. Everything's okay in that website except for
an embedded YouTube video with its Caption button broken. Nothing happens
in case of hitting that button for seeing the caption.

Maybe the button doesn´t work because they don´t have a caption file,
Then report under WCAG 1.2.2
