hello: i have been fighting with this long enough does any one out there
know of a video editor i can use with a screen reader. i do not need to
do any thing to fancy like seens or effects i only want to go
throuthrough the video file and cut out parts that are extraneous i have
tryed to use iMovie but its causing me a lot of pain because the dam thing
inconsistently plases the marker and i think i cut some thing out and
turns out i did not i tried movie maker for windows and shot cut for
windows and did not seem to be able to remove the things i picked in shot
cut and movie maker the only short cut keys a friend found did nothing.
so does any one have any ideas.i would like to make a few videos for the
bats.fyi site and some other topics but if i have to get it perfict on the
first go i might as well just pack in the camra and go to a bar smile lucy

Hi Lucy,
I have been using the newest version of ScreenFlow for simple editing such as you describe. I would be happy to chat further with you if that would be helpful. This was not possible with a screen reader in the older versions of ScreenFlow. I was elated when I figured out an approach after the update.
