having no luck finding some thing for him to use. i am getting fed up with
useing google to find some thing as the addes are driving me nuts. if you

adds for eavle tolbars. so i reely don't want to send my user down that

hey Lucy,

Would this one do?

or does it need to be a WordPress plugin?

Hi,

As far as I'm aware, all the plugins that will let you create
expandable/collapsable things like FAQs come with accessibility issues,
so if your user wants to create this kind of content, they will first
need to make a decision about which accessibility issues they're willing
to live with. Yes, I know, that's probably accessibility heresy, but if
you're using an out-of-box solution it's just the way things are on the
ground.

The first question I would ask myself if I were the user is: What
problem am I trying to solve by making the FAQ expand/collapse, or at
least dependent on that functionality. If the answer to that question is
something along the lines of "it looks prettier, but other than that
doesn't solve any other problem), then I would recommend foregoing the
expand/collapse functionality in favor of question in short form at
heading level 2, followed by question in long form if it exists, and
then answer short form at level 3 and long form under that, using the
page template that comes with the theme, default or landing page if the
theme contains that template.
