Morning Everyone!
I'm launching another iteration of the PDF Remediator's Survey. The last one was done in 2018 or 2019.
https://forms.office.com/r/mAFuZ36nJz
The survey closes April 30, 2023, at 6 PM EST.
This is a survey for individuals who remediate PDFs for their organizations.
Please share this survey with anyone who remediates PDFs.
Cheers, Karen

Does your survey want to hear about organizations that use third party remediation vendors?
We've got a couple of third party software tools and more customized vendors that we use so we can focus more intently on our web based duties and less on the complexity of PDF.
We've found it's more efficient and less resource (financially and human) to use third party vendors for remediation.
Our university has gone from over 12,000 to about 2000 PDF's since 2018 which has been great, but people still want to create PDF's for some reason.
As a totally blind person I just hope we can move all of our content to HTML where we can control the content without the need for remediation of PDF's. Know what I mean?
Cheers,
David

It isn't for organizations that use large remediation services. It is for the individuals who remediate PDFs for their organization.
However, if anyone does have information they would like to add to the data, they can e-mail me off-list with comments, insights and so forth and I'll create another section in the survey report for that information.
Your contact information or organization will not appear in the report/published anywhere.
Cheers, Karen
